FAQs
Answers before you have to ask.
Pricing, timelines, and process — the questions that come up on nearly every first call.
How long does a typical website project take?
A marketing site typically runs 4–8 weeks from audit to launch; a full application build runs longer depending on scope. You'll get a specific timeline after the audit, not a generic estimate.
Do you work with businesses outside your current industries?
Yes — the industries listed across the site are examples of where we've delivered, not a restriction. The audit-first process applies regardless of sector.
Can you take over an existing website or codebase?
Yes. We start with a technical and content audit of what exists before proposing a rebuild or incremental fix — we don't default to starting over.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
We stay on the metrics and offer maintenance retainers after launch. It's built into how we work, not an upsell we add later.
How is pricing structured?
Project-based for defined builds, retainer-based for ongoing marketing, social, and content work. You'll get a specific quote after the audit.
Which technologies do you build with?
Hand-coded HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript for marketing sites — no framework bloat — plus purpose-fit stacks for application builds depending on the project's requirements.
Can one team really cover web, marketing, and design well?
That's the reason the agency is structured this way — every specialist works off one brief instead of four disconnected ones. You can see examples on each Service page.
How do we get started?
Send us a note on the Contact page with what's not working today. We'll set up a 30-minute audit call before proposing anything.
